Change is constant

Change is always happening. It’s either happening to you, or it’s something you take charge of. Most organisations have plenty of ideas, even plenty of ambition. What they lack is focus. Plans drift, priorities blur, and the urgent edges out the important.

Of course, any plan must be responsive to changing conditions, and many plans will disprove their own hypotheses and need to adapt, but with clarity of vision, empowering governance, and a grip on your priorities, you can consistently maintain momentum.

Only through alignment on that focus, and through a shared sense of progress, can teams understand what matters to the mission, know the role they can play, and trust themselves and each other to act. Momentum builds. Small steps add up to significant progress.
