What do I do?

I build, grow, and transform businesses in environmental action and/or financial services, taking them from vision to delivery, especially:

• strategic planning and execution
• delivery of complex launches, products, projects and pivots
• business acquisition or sale preparation, negotiation and delivery
• investible, ‘sleep-at-night’ governance
• brand purpose, mission and vision, positioning, articulation and alignment

Why do you need this?

To save time and money, and avoid pot holes on your journey.

Teams who are moving fast often don’t develop and share understanding throughout the business (‘The Why’).   Nobody needs to understand everything but everyone needs to understand enough to deliver.  

Then we need to embed it in ‘The How’:

• DELIVERABLE PLANS which forge alignment through genuine clarity.
• INFORMATION FOR LEADERSHIP which gives confidence.
• GOVERNANCE which is workable and comforts stakeholders.

This works when a small team is managing significant change (rapid growth, an ownership transaction, delivering projects, launching products, or navigating pivots or crises) and when they want to deliver it well for the sake of themselves and others (investors, group management and regulators).
